Through its Principal (Arch Khan), Amal Consortium has over the years acquired valuable experience and exposure in a very wide range of activity.

Experience with Mruttu Salmann:

A.L. Khan has exclusively handled a number of client portfolios including:

a) The Co-operative Bank of Kenya

b) Department of Defence - Office of the President
c) Ministry of Works - Health Department Projects
d) Kenya Commercial Bank
e) Jamia Mosque
f) Kenya Wildlife Service - among many others

 

The services offered to these clients have included projects such as design and implementation of District hospitals and community facilities, new bank branches and insttutional buildings (especially for the department of defence). In all the cases, A.L. Khan has offered the full range of services from inception to completion of the projects including tendering process and all liaison meetings (including GoK & World Bank).

Apart from handling full-scale clientele portfolios, A.L. Khan has been an integral and active member of the design teams, which have won a number of local and international design competitions. These include the winning design for the Safaricom Headquarters, Kenya Wildlife Service Headquarter Complex, the second prize entry for the Jamia Mosque Extensions in Nairobi and the winning entries for KCB Housing at Runda and CBK Pension Housing at Karen.
